Usage
- Replace 1 with your signature [~~~].
- Replace 2 with your sex (not gender) [male or female].
- Replace 3 with the hour you go to bed in UTC.
- Replace 4 with the hour you wake up.
How to convert your time to UTC
- Find your GMT.
- Decide what time you usually go to sleep.
- Add or subtract to the time you go to sleep equal to your GMT until your GMT equals 0 if you added said hours to it.
Example
- Right now it is 23:20.
- If you live in GMT-06:00 then it is 17:20.
- GMT-06:00 Example: Go to sleep at 22, wake up at 6.
