Hello there! My name is Piergiorgio Beruto, and I'm an Italian physicist working in the semiconductor industry.
Since 2017 I'm an active member of IEEE 802.3, where I contributed to the definition of the new generation 10BASE-T1L and 10BASE-T1S single-pair Ethernet PHYs. Specifically, I'm the inventor of the PLCA Reconciliation Sublayer (US patent #10925097) and I've been editor in IEEE802.3cg for clauses 147 (10BASE-T1S) and 148 (PLCA).
I've recently joined Wikipedia to add some information about these standards, their history, applications and general usage.
