Copyright help regarding File:Admittedly Incomplete Demos Cover - Tally Hall.jpg[edit]

Hey! So while this may not necessarily be an issue with Commons, I was trying to get clearance to use this album art on Wikipedia under Wikipedia's non-free content policy; I've kept it at a resolution compliant with their policy but I'm struggling to figure out how to declare the file as such, so that it doesn't get deleted for improper attributions. I've seen other pieces of similar album art on Wikipedia manage to do such a thing legally on the site under the non-free content policy, so it's just a matter of me not knowing how unfortunately. Even just knowing how to upload a non-original work to Wikipedia without doing it through Commons would be nice. Any pointers would be very appreciated, thank you!

@TheWikiNick: Hi, and welcome. en:Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard gives four options for uploading directly on that project: Upload a non-free file on top in the middle; Files for upload process; Plain form for local uploads; and Old guided form (the latter three in the right column under "Wikipedia"). Sadly, we still don't have an easy way to transfer files from here to there.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 05:55, 11 June 2022 (UTC)
Thank you! Pretty much solves the issue for me, I'm definitely not looking to get in trouble with Wikimedia copyright policy. Much appreciated TheWikiNick (talk) 18:35, 11 June 2022 (UTC)
