Peppy is a unique and strange animal that does not seem to belong to one species. He is a cross between a beagle and a cat. He exhibits the behavior of both animals, sometimes scratching with his feline like nails, and sometimes barking, his voice slightly softened to a mew when he is in a pleasant mood. He shows loyalty to his owners, who live in India. He is not happy go lucky like most beagles, rather reserved and elegant. He looks like a beagle, with longish hair and feline tail.
