Phillis McGroarty is an Oscar-winning actress from Lapland, Finland. She currently resides in Vancouver, Canada with her brother Kelly and her sisters Mahita & Racquelle. She has a massive fan base on Lake Garda, who hold the annual McGroarty festival every year. She has a very nice face. She won an Oscar in 1990 for her portrayol of "The Hoff" in "Fire: The Wild Party". YAY
