Wikis don't work if people aren't bold. You've got to get out there and make those changes, correct that grammar, add those facts, make that language precise, etc., etc. It's OK. It's what everyone expects. So you should never ask, "Why aren't these pages copyedited?" Amazingly, it all works out. It does require some amount of politeness, but it works. You'll see. - Larry Sanger
About me
Hello there! I'm pixlDeV, an occasional editor here on English Wikipedia. I first registered back in November of 23 when trying to sign up for the Mediawiki mailing list, but only started using my Wikimedia account in January of 2024(barely). I spend a lot more time on the small, community-run(hey like Wikimedia) wikifarm Miraheze, run by the 501(c)(3) non-profit WikiTide Foundation(it currently has a draft page here on enwiki if you want some basic info, our Meta Wiki has some more info if your curious). I spend most of my time chatting and helping on Discord over there. Here on Wikipedia, I normally make small copy edits, or tiny few sentence elaboration expansions to topics I'm interested in, like fields I like to look into or shows I've watched.
