Khalifa Saber (born October, 1967 in Tripoli, Libya) is a Scottish-Libyan Internet entrepreneur, animator, artist and writer.

After living in Glasgow and London during his teenage years, and attending the University of North London and Blackheath School of Art he became a fine artist exhibiting in the London art scene by day and creating visual effects for nightclubs during the late 80's and early 90's.
After training as an animator he began working for Sensible Software working mainly on the legendary, never to be released game Sex'n'Drugs'n'Rock'n'Roll. While there he met Wesley Dunton and Kam Lau and the trio went on to form the web development agency Contraband. This eventually morphed into Kontraband.com
After leaving Kontraband in 2002 he moved to southern Spain with his wife Kay and two boys, Max and Ramsey.
