The updates made by this user represent the culmination of a thesis project for the Master of Arts of Holistic Health Stuides program at St. Catherine University by Margaret Polacek and Kristy Jazdzewski. Our thesis title, Increasing Awareness of Health/Wellness Coaching Using Arts-Informed Research, represents our cumulative project for our research project in health/welling coaching. Our review of the literature included the history of health coaching, the impact of positive psychology, the differences between health/wellness coaching and psychotherapy, and health/wellness coaching and social work, research studies, and the process of health/wellness coaching. We also reviewed health promotion and its affect on the field of health/wellness coaching. Part of our project was to study different ways to bring awareness to the field of health/wellness coaching. We completed 7 weeks of data collection and analysis for our action, evaluative, arts-informed and intuitive inquiry research before the updates to the Health Coaching Wikipedia page.
