1st meaning: it is a village in the Doufelgou Prefecture in the Kara Region of north-eastern Togo
2nd meaning: it is also an abbreviation of patapouffa which is most used in Lebanese language which mean someone a bit fat
this username was used on Mirc chat program since 1995 by a Lebanese original girl on channel Lebanon her real name was Pouffa Jocelyne Geryes
