Paul H. Rosenberg, MD is a Board Certified plastic surgeon in practice for 30 years. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 and his Doctorate of Medicine from the Pearlman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. He received his General Surgery training at New York Hospital-North Shore University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. Following this training, he studied with his mentor, Dr. Fernando Ortiz-Monasterio in Mexico City, one of the pioneers in Craniofacial Surgery. Dr. Rosenberg is the author of multiple peer reviewed scientific articles in plastic surgery and has lectured on topics including breast surgery, reconstruction of the scalp and forehead, reconstructive surgery and aesthetic surgery in the US, Sweden, Cuba, the UK, Mexico and Guatemala.  Dr. Rosenberg maintains a private practice in Fort Lee, NJ with a focus on aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, with a particular interest in rhinoplasty, complex nasal reconstruction, body contouring including abdominoplasty, abdominal wall reconstruction, suction assisted lipectomy andgender confirmation surgery. Dr. Rosenberg has personally led teams on 12 international surgical relief missions providing cleft lip and cleft palate surgery, burn reconstruction and reconstruction of various congenital anomalies. He sits on the Board of Directors of Developing Faces, a 501c3 foundation dedicated to bringing reconstructive plastic surgery to underdeveloped countries.


Dr. Rosenberg holds over 16 patents in the United States and worldwide. His intellectual property includes devices designed to reduce catheter-related sepsis, permit remote placement of tissue expanders for soft tissue reconstruction, protect patients against intentional or inadvertent drug overdose, and several other technologies. He also holds 4 patents and three additional patents pending on technology associated with the “no touch” placement of breast prostheses and is the founder and CEO of iNPLANT, LLC, a medical device company located in Allendale NJ which markets and sells their flagship device, the iNPLANT funnel, throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and in 8 countries worldwide. Moreover, in 2017 Dr. Rosenberg founded Proximate Concepts, LLC, a medical device startup company also located in Allendale NJ which manufactures the iNPLANT funnel at their Class 5 cleanroom facility, registered with the FDA and holding an ISO 13485 classification status. His team of engineers and support staff also have designed and developed several other devices used in the surgical space, including a novel suction drain and reservoir, a patient cooling system, a surgical applicator which inserts sutures rather than staples, a fascial plication device used in abdominoplasty and bodylift surgery following massive weight loss, and a noninvasive intragastric weight loss balloon which functions via a combined mechanism of space occupation and acoustic vagal blockade.


Dr. Rosenberg is married to Ilana Rosenberg, Ph.D, a clinical psychologist in private practice in Saddle River NJ. Together, they have three children and two dogs. Dr. Rosenberg is an avid squash player and an English style equestrian rider. His passion for medicine and surgery dates back to his teenage years and has resulted in a substantial collection of surgical art and antiquities which are on permanent display in Northern NJ. This collection has been featured in several medical centers including the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dobbs Ferry Hospital and the National Conference of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rosenberg’s collection includes a first edition copy of the oldest known textbook of nasal reconstruction from 1597 by GaspareTagliacozzi.
