Pragyan Pradip Sharma, [b. 16th August, 1973] is an independent lawyer and concentrates his litigation practice in the resolution of complex disputes before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, High Courts of different States of India, Tribunals and Arbitral Institutions.

Pragyan Sharma has participated as lead counsel and co-lead counsel in several high profile litigations, arbitrations and mediations. He is the Standing Counsel for the State of Mizoram.

Pragyan Sharma, assisted the Justice S.N. Phukan Commission of Inquiry (Tehelka Commission) as a Counsel of the Commission and also assisted Justice R. S. Pathak, [Former Chief Justice of India] as the Counsel for the Commission [Justice R. S. Pathak, Commission of Inquiry] inquiring into the Oil for Food Scam [based on the Report of Volker Commission].
