Ajay Madhok
[edit]Ajay Madhok is the founder and CEO of Equals Inc. Equals enables social communications across existing means of communications including, Talk (Landline, Mobile, VOIP), Text (SMS, IM) and Post (Social Networks, Email, Voice Mail). Since founding the company in April, 2007, Ajay has been instrumental in the development of the Equals platform. Ajay is a contributor to the domain of digital identity, he serves as vice chair on the OASIS XRI Data Interchange (XDI) TC and sits on XRI TC.
Prior to Equals, Ajay co-founded AmSoft Systems in 1990 with a vision to solve non-routine problems using innovative solutions. Before that, Ajay worked with Statart (now NDTV) and ICIM (now ICL-Fujitsu) creating and managing their software solutions. Ajay graduated in 1987 with a Masters degree in Mathematics and a B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. Ajay has filed more than 20 patents, three of which have been published by the U.S. Patents and Trademarks organization.
