I'm a graduate student in Musicology and had access to a physical copy of the score published in Moscow. PeerMusic published a piano/vocal score in 2010 which contains David Pountney's adaptations (changing languages to reflect the character's nationalities). It has Shostakovich's preface in both Russian and a German translation. I don't know if the PeerMusic score is commercially available; I was able to use a professor's copy, which he only had access to because he works with Lyric Opera of Chicago and they're performing it next season.
