Pushp Sharma (9 January) is a Delhi based investigative journalist. A technocrat by need (offers end-to-end solutions including analysis, user experience architecture, design) and political activist by choice.
He is leading group of like-minded social activists working to revive a concern for sociao political ethics, restore focus on development in the native state. Currently he is in Delhi after getting bail by a sessions court here spending 12 days in judicial custody. Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) through its arm twisting umbrella organisation (Delhi police ) had imposed travel ban because he wrote an article which embarrassed the establishment globally. A simple political reaction and threat after his expose' on unconstitutional no-Muslim hiring policy in Yog, published in Milli Gazette. Expose the government in larger interest of Public good and face arrest, jail and trial.
The article is seen - 'a conspiracy hatched by anti establishment' and an attempt to create communal tension in country. Though ministry has registered a case and claimed in media that there is no such policy and Muslims were hired but Ministry didn't provide any documentary evidence so far.
Press council of India has issued notice to police as the matter prime-facie concerns free functioning of the press. PCI has initiated an inquiry under section 13 of the Press Council Act, taking suo motu cognizance of the police case registered under sections 418, 468, 471 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Kotla Mubaraqpur Police Station on March 15 after a report appeared in the Milli Gazette under the byline of freelance investigative journalist, Pushp Sharma. The original case, however, will continue and may take years to decide as is normal in India’s slow-moving judicial system.

Reality versus Press council of India[edit]
Against the Milli Gazette - the Press Council of India has taken a sou motu decision to file a case against the newspaper, which seems strange as the PCI, by doing this, is persecuting the Press instead of its role to protect it.
Why didn't Press council of India take suo moto cognizance when journalists were getting killed in Ranchi (Jharkhand) and contriously arrested / threatened in Bastar (Chhattisgarh)? Why did it became proactive specifically in solo case of Senior Investigative Journalist Pushp Sharma?

PCI didn't utter a word for those journalists who were being killed and threatned / arrested because , for obvious reasons, they were expsoing local issues , but not central government like Pushp Sharma. Why did PCI shown so much urgency in the matter of Delhi based Pushp Sharma who had better security being at safer place in national capital (Delhi) than journalists working in Ranchi or Bastar.

Government wanted to create public perception by involving PCI in the matter of Pushp Sharma while decision of his arrest was taken much before as damage control exercise by planting news of his arrest [ journalist Pushp sharma]. It's seen as strategic damage control exercise to protect its image internationally. Media reports speak of alleged adverse reports against Pushp were planted leaks (malicious insinuations based on half-truths) by the powerful and mighty whom he had exposed in past. The arrest appears to be a result of carefully planted leaks aimed at generating doubts in the minds of the public.

In 2010, Pushp captured on camera, right-wing organisation Sri Ram Sena leader Pramod Muthalik and other members, where Muthalik agreed vandalise an art exhibition in exchange for money. The organisation was seen accepting INR10000 (US$160) as a donation from undercover reporter Pushp Sharma impersonating an artist wanting publicity. This story (RENT A RIOT / CASH FOR CHAOS - Tehelka) bagged prestigious International Press Institute Award (Vienna) for ‘Excellence in Journalism’ category in 2011.

Ms Giuliana is an Italian journalist who works for the Italian communist newspaper Il Manifesto and the German weekly Die Zeit. While working in Iraq, she was kidnapped by insurgents on February 4, 2005. After her release on March 4, 2005, Sgrena and the two Italian intelligence officers who had helped secure her release came under fire from U.S. forces while on their way to Baghdad International Airport. Nicola Calipari, a Major General in the Italian military intelligence service was killed, and Sgrena and one other officer were wounded in the incident. The event caused an international outcry.

Sh. Ramdev versus Pushp Sharma
Yog guru Sh. Ramdev got FIR registered against Pushp sharma through his own driver and accused him on various charges. He addressed press thrice and acted as judge , jury and executioner. In order to prove his innocence he even used propaganda to keep himself in good light, additionally ran defamation campaign against Journalist Pushp on his channel Aastha, web page of Bharatswabhiman and even declared Pushp Sharma a "mafia and ganglord" in his own publication Yog Sandesh (November 2012).
Finally, based on sting operation of Pushp Sharma, Indian government ordered for CBI probe in his guru Swami Shankerdev' disappearance case. Sh. Ramdev yadav bowed down to the volume of suspicion and smilingly accepted government' decision of CBI investigation in his Guru' disappearance case.

Ministry of AYUSH vs Pushp Sharma
On March 15 the Ayush Ministry filed a police complaint against an independent journalist in Delhi, Pushp Sharma, for an article he wrote for Milli Gazette, the headline for which said the ministry did not recruit muslims as yoga teachers. No legal notice was issued to the publication as a first step. Such niceties are evidently being dispensed with nowadays. Just a picking up of the reporter by the local police who landed up at his home at 6 pm three days after his story was published in Milli Gazette. Without any warrant. An FIR was registered under Section 153A of the Indian Penal Code which deals with creating hatred against communities. (This document is remarkable for the number of columns which remain unfilled.) An offence under section 153A which pertains to “promoting enmity between different groups on communal grounds”does not require a warrant and is non bailable.

State Versus Pushp Sharma
Based on my complaints of 24 September 2009 , IPS Ajay Kashyap ordered for vigilance inquiry of corrupt Delhi police officials who were seen demanding money for terminated police officers to get them reinstated in job again. In order to keep their side clean they decided to follow the strategy “slap a case / kill a career”.
After barely one month of my complaint in October 2009 a tainted Delhi police cop registered a fabricated case. This case of Delhi police which is riddled with outright lies and finally it proved in court proceedings where one 'witness' , planted by police accepted in court he is 'police informer' running 'betel and cigarette' stall. But miraculously he was walking 2 KM away from his betel stall to be informant and witness in case.
Tainted cop booked him in a case; giving message in court that complainant is an accused so he and his work can’t be credible. But it didn't stand in court of law. Often Indian officials are found involved in crimes like fake encounters and fabricated cooked up scripts which doesn't stand in court of law. But a case in court means attack on credentials finally you become suspicious / dubious due to planned 'character assassination' which serves sole purpose 'slap a case - kill a career' thus ran organised defamation campaign.
Same happened here, the FIR is funny story and it was never taken seriously in media fraternity since Indian police is known for such corrupt practice.
Same cops are facing charges of "Evidence destruction and registering Fake FIR". Main accused [SHO] didn't give any credible answer after being caught. Same SHO is facing serious charges of being close to anti nationals. What happened after that has remained a subject of rage and fury, allegations and denials, claims and counter claims. But the case is in court and soon the verdict shall come.

Similarly selected Delhi police personnel including IPS were part of deep rooted conspiracy. They were extending all support to anti Modi forces. Story in brief[edit]
A case, Public Interest litigation (PIL) was filed on corruption charges against Gujarat Ministers Dilip Sanghani and Puroshotam Solanki by a young shrewd Gujrati businessman Ishak Mardia.
What was case?[edit]
The case was related to fishing contracts for 50 State-owned reservoirs, each of over 200 hectares, granted directly by Fisheries minister Mr. Solanki. In a plea filed against Mr Solanki, a petitioner, Ishaq Maradia, had alleged in the court that, the minister had granted fishing contracts without any tendering process, and that this cost the government Rs. 400 crore.

Then CM Narender Modi constitutes council of ministers to find out whether to prosecute its ministers or not and based on report of council of ministers refused to prosecute Solanki. The state government refused to grant sanction to prosecute its own minister.
Petitioner approaches court against the decision of council of ministers Petitioner Ishaq Maradia then went to the court and alleged that the chief minister and his cabinet did not consult the Governor before taking a call on Mr Solanki. The High Court then ruled that Governor Beniwal would take the final decision on the matter and directed the state government to forward to her all papers based on which it decided against prosecuting the minister.
But on cam confessions of PIL this crusader Ishak Mardia proves how PIL was used for commercial gain and political gains.
Visibly Ishak is fighting against corruption but his real motive is recorded on spy cams that he wants to extort Rs 15 crore from BJP ministers.

Admitted on cam - he's (Ishak Mardia -PIL Activist from Gujarat) in a process to get CBI enquiry orders against ministers (then Fisheries minister Purushotam Solanki and Dilip Snaghani) by High Court Ahemdabad to pressurise minister to cough up expected price in lieu to drop case against him in court.
But before these orders are passed in court he (PIL activist) wants to strike cash deal with ministers of Rs 15 Crore initially to hush up the case and his last final quote is Rs 6 Crore to protect the ministers from CBI enquiry.
In order to prove his credentials Ishak (PIL Activist) OFFERS that he can prove his words by taking token MONEY of Rs 2 Crore initially. After getting this amount he shall use "delaying tactics" to give ministers enough time to trust on him and arrange rest of the amount.
It's unique case where a group of PIL activists plays with entire system , manages to hoodwink judicial system including Supreme court of India and law enforcement bodies (Delhi police) which comes under Home Ministry of India.
Delhi police version is already in domain but now new evidence are going to prove how corrupt this system is.

Discrimination saying "this one is a relative; this other one is a stranger" is for the mean-minded. For those who're known as magnanimous, the entire world constitutes but a family.
