Paula Webster Grant has a twenty-plus year history in the world of corporate business with expertise in business strategy and development. Paula has been able to use her skill set in establishing obtainable goals for business in the pharmaceutical, dental, knowledge management, and entertainment industry areas. With a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harrington University London, England, Paula has positioned herself as an affluent networker giving her the ability to formulate an executive team that encompasses individuals from the entertainment, advertising, and computer technology fields. For twelve years, Paula managed a production company in Los Angeles which utilized the talents of such notables as Norman Connors, Ron Tyson of the Temptations, Ollie Woodson formerly of the Temptations, the songwriter Bruce Hawes with such hits as “Sadie” and “Games People Play”, Earl Young of the Tramps, and many more. Paula has also been developing acts for twenty years including one currently featured in Las Vegas at the Boardwalk Casino & Hotel and the Royal Caribbean Cruises. Paula has also participated in the Philadelphia Academy of Music’s Docent program through the Archdiocesan. Currently she is working with the Chief Studio Engineer Craig White at Gamble & Huff Studios producing her current acts as well as managing one of the premiere artist-songwriters Robert Allen (Rob. A) who is a member of the songwriting team "Graffiti Artizts" along with Chris Brown and Andre Merritt, who have written such hits as "Forever" (Chris Brown) and "Disturbia" (Rihanna).


Paula is the CEO and Founder of two music/literary publishing companies (Phillybass’d Music and Music & Literary Highway Publishing); an entertainment consulting company (Phillybass’d Records, Inc.); a production firm (Phillybass’d Productions); a public relations group (G & A Communications/Image Consultant Group); co-founder of a multi-media company (B & G Media) as well as being the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Whistling Windchild Foundation, a non-profit art, literary art, & performing arts organization, to provide educational workshops for songwriters, producers, literary writers and performers who are just embarking on what will hopefully be an enriching career in the entertainment industry.

Paula also lends her business acumen as a consultant to several individuals and companies in the entertainment industry concerning such areas as organizational structure, copyright royalties, contract negotiations and marketing. Currently she is working with Jackie Simley-Stevens of Omni Soundesign, Sound Doctor Productions, Industrial Strength Music, B & C Topaz Productions, Bailey & Carey Music Publishing, and Publishing Recovery Company.

Paula is a member of the American Managers Association, National Association of Female Executives, an honored member of the 2001 International Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs historical society and a member of The National Association of Professional Women.
