Anil Kumar Raparti was born in Jeypore, Odisha on 28 January 1982 to mother Jyothi and father Raparti Rama Rao and mother tongue language is Telugu a south indian born in Odisha settled in Bangalore Karnataka, who had previously been a tracher then Joined with Andhra Bank.H e was born and brought up from Rambhadrapuram Andhra Pradesh.Mr Raparti Anil Kumar was moved to Bangalore in 2004 and started working as a Call Center Executive in Customer First Services which was taken over by Agies Sadar.In the year 2009 he has started a school in the name of Innovative Techno School Trust which was started only for the poor.In the year 2015 got married to Mrs Manjula Venugopal who is from Bangalore both belong from Padmashali Caste.
