Raqweda Jones's Wikipedia's Body language article for ENGL9876.99[edit]

Analysis of Article[edit]

Reading and analyzing this article allowed me to notice minor errors and missing information on this article. This article is missing detailed information. This article only give a handful of information about only certain types of body language when there's many different types of body languages to speak about in the psychology world today. This article is also unorganized with the set of body languages they have choosen. It would be best if they put the different body languages in order from the body languages that are similar to each other. My job is to add more detailed information about the different types of body languages we have toda with that paragraph ive chosen to revise.

Revised paragraph from article[edit]

Original[edit]

Tone of voice is a combination of spoken language and body language.

The manner in which something is said can affect how it should be interpreted. Shouting, smiling, irony and so on may add a layer of meaning which is neither pure body language nor speech.

Revised[edit]

The tone of voice is a combination of spoken language and Body language . The manner in which something is said can affect how it should be interpreted. Using certain body language when saying something can flip the meaning of what you are trying to interpret. It’s not what you say but it’s how you say it. Shouting, smiling, and irony may add a layer of meaning which is not pure body language or speech. Body language can be used in many different areas such as teaching, crime investigation, relationship, Interviews, and evaluating depression. Body language plays a unique roll in many areas. We as humans uses body language and detect different types of body language naturally in our everyday lives. The famous saying good vibes only was contributed from body language in order to detect if that person vibe is bad or good.
