                      == Bus Stop Syndrome ==

The neck pain associated with wating for a bus, whilst sitting and turning your head to the right (driving on the left hand side i.e. England). The problem is made worst by human nature. People waiting at a bus stop tend to orientate their heads to face the oncoming traffic. There seems to be a tendency for people not to turn their heads to the left if there are other people waiting. This prelonged twisting of the neck towards the right causes muscular pain.

The sydrome can also occur in many other situations. e.g A television set situated at 90 degrees to a sofa or bed.
