Raul Locatelli, (born 4 March 1978) is a uruguayan location sound mixer based in Mexico City. Biography Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, he studies Communication Sciences in Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Graduated in 2003 with the thesis "The Structure of Sound in Film". Moved to Mexico in 2003 he worked in his first film as a Sound Mixer in 2004, "Sangre" by mexican director Amat Escalante. Later for Carlos Reygadas's "Silent Light". Today, still based in Mexico City he has completed mor than forty films, working in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, United States.
