I am currently an Operations Support Analyst for a leading Call Center in the Philippines. I am currently handling multiple accounts and is responsible in making reports for multiple accounts based in the US to help them in analyzing business strategies and status. I recently graduated from AMA Computer College - Makati Campus with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is a member of the Engineering Elite Organization of AMA Makati. While on college, I also worked as a Technical Support Representative, Product Specialist, Subject Matter Expert and Sales POC. I was born and raised in Calamba City from where I had my elementary and secondary education and is currently residing in Makati City.
