Co-ordinator of MArch in Architecture (RIBA Part 2) course.

Studio tutor: This year (2010-2011), the theme is 'The Street'. We are exploring architecture's role in the creation of the public realm of our cities. Initial studies have involved the use of a communal model to investigate the evolving relationships between the different stakeholders and buildings and to address the balance between freedom, control and collective responsibility.

Research interests: architectural representation and perspective drawing, design theory, conservation, local vernacular.
