Supporting Administration and IT to make the office run smoothly
Planning and Executing office moves and any construction work
Manage purchasing of office and technical supplies
Outfit conference rooms for optimum usability
Develop standards and protocols for safety and security of physical offices
Work with team to create emergency preparedness plan
Manage cellular plans
