What I plan to contribute:

I plan to contact our stakeholders and adding whatever information I receive into our article. I will make sure the information is relevant and useful and not just added for the sake of it being added. Also, figuring out how to reference/properly cite the stakeholders properly will be a task of mine. As the writer, I plan to proof read the article and fix any minor grammar mistakes. Even more importantly, I will make sure the article language remains impartial.

Creating a new article:

Peer reviewed Stream Protection Rule

Lead paragraph draft: (NEEDS LANGUAGE CHANGE BUT STANDARD INFO)

The United States of America relies heavily on the state of California's agriculture for domestic and foreign use. Thus, the agriculture business plays a major role in the state's economy. A majority of the fields in California are worked by illegal immigrant laborers. These laborers face things like deportation, low wages, health concerns, and more. With President's Trump new spotlight on immigration reform, California's industry can be predicted to suffer.

TO DO:

Add more links!

  •  Read Editing Wikipedia page 12 to see how to create links from your article to others, and from other articles to your own. Try to link to 3–5 articles, and link to your article from 2–3 other articles.

My role:

I plan on being the writer of the group meaning I will be contributing to the overall appearance and comprehension aspect of the wiki page. I will be sure that all grammatical error are solved and that the essay itself makes sense for other readers. I will also make sure that the language is suggesting a bias which will be very important.
