  Boss Gida Mustapha.                         Mr Boss Mustapha is a lawyer,Management Consultant and Politician. He was the Managing Director of National Inland Waterways. He is the new Secretary to the Government of the Federation.     
 Background

He was Born in Hong Village, Adamawa State and attended Hong Secondary School . He also attended The North East College of Arts and Sciences, Maiduguri, Borno State where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate (WASC) and Higher School Certificate (HSC) in 1976.

He bagged the bachelor of Law degree from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria in 1979.He was called to the Nigerian bar in 1980. He established his own law firm , Mustapha & Associates ,where he served as principal counsel. He was a member of a management committee of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) between year 2000- 2007.

He was Deputy National Chairman of defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) and He is currently a member of board of trustee of All Progressive Congress. He is the current Secretary to the Government of Federation succeeding Babachir Lawal who was indicted by the senate of fraud.
