starting karate kyokushinkai I was 5 years old. I gained a black belt after 10 years. After many years I decided to change my style to Shorinji ryu renshinkan karate. In 2010 I went to Japan to the World Championship and trained learning katas obtaining a certificate to enable me to become branch chief in Iran. cotinuing my life in karate Grandmaster Iwao Tamotsu Send my a special invitation for Training (uchi Dachi ) . I went to Japan in october 2011 for special training Shorinji Ryu Renshinkan Karate do Kata Techniques and Committe (fighting ) This training was very difficult. I Training very hard before I went to Japan for the World Cup karate chapionship 2010 I thought it was other things; firstly technique; secondly kata; thirdly committe, Shorinji Ryu Renshinkan Karate do tecches you to respect others and yourself .
