I am a Dutchman living in New York City with a Master's degree in English and American Literature. I have taken a different career path but I am still a passionate, omnivorous and analytical reader. One of my main areas of interest is South Asian literature, post colonial if you like, and I am hoping I will be able to add to the Wikipedia profile of some of my favorite writers by sharing my summaries as well as some helpful info on the structure of a book, its characters and links to events and places the books describe.
