Sarah Endline is an American businesswoman and social entrepreneur.’[1] She is the founder and CEO of sweetriot, an organic, fair trade snack company.
Early Life
[edit]Sarah is a native of Auburn, Michigan. She received a BBA with distinction in international business from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA focused on entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School.[2][3]
Career
[edit]After completing her undergraduate degree, Sarah began working at AIESEC. She worked as both a vice president and president. After AIESEC, Sarah was a project manager for the World Bank Group in Washington D.C. Sarah then served as the director of marketing and product development for the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), and she later moved on to participate with a fellowship focusing on social entrepreneurship in the Marketing MBA Program at Microsoft. Sarah then enrolled in the Harvard Business School with Social Entrepreneurship Fellowships. After Harvard Business School, Sarah started working in product development & marketing at Yahoo!. After Yahoo! in the Silicon Valley, Sarah blended her interests in product development and social entrepreneurship.She began writing her business plan with a stop in China for a summer to study their candy industry.[4] Sarah then founded her own company named sweetriot. sweetriot aims to create joyful, guiltless fixes to help move the world.[5][6]
On the side, Sarah is an active nonprofit board contributor to the Entrepreneurs Organization EO, the Billionaire Girls Club BGC, and AIESEC Life.

- 2010 Recipient of the Signature Master Award at National Association of Women Business Owners. [10]
- 2007 Winner in “Make Mine a Million” competition.[11]
- 2007 Semi-finalist in the Global Social Venture Competition and winner of the “Green Product Award” at Expo East, the largest natural products show on the East Coast of the US.[12]

Personal Life
[edit]Sarah is married to Jean-luc Mège, a photographer. She travels extensively and loves to sing.[14]. Sarah is known in her industry for wearing always colorful, funky glasses and red lipstick.
