I live in New York City. I am semi-retired. I write technical documentation and do technical support for a commercial word processor for the Macintosh and a specialized CRM tool. I am also a Web publisher of my own material, producing content on the Web since 1995. When I was hired for my first position in the tech field I explained that I have a background in making what many people find strange and arcane information intelligible and meaningful.
