Robert Leslie Hymers III has a net worth of $1 billion and was born in North Hollywood, California. His father, Dr. Hymers is the founding pastor of the Baptist Tabernacle of Los Angeles and is a prominent author of several books. Education

He graduated Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy and a second B.S. degree in Business Honors Administration from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He also received a Master's of Science degree in Taxation (MST) at CSUN and again graduated Summa cum Laude. He is the founding Managing Editor of CSUN's, Tax Development Journal[1] and is the author of several technical articles regarding current tax and accounting issues.

Professional Background

Hymers is a licensed CPA in the State of California with several years of public accounting experience at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY). At Ernst & Young, Hymers worked in the Firm's core assurance practice performing audits of publicly and privately held companies, primarily in the real estate industry. Hymers then transferred to the Firm's tax practice. As an auditor, Hymers had the opportunity to work on several IPO's, as well as perform extensive roles, which included implementing Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404) testing procedures. In fact, Hymers was a key member of the audit team on the largest REIT offering in the history of the NYSE (Douglas Emmet, Inc).

While at EY’s tax practice, Hymers gained a broad range of experience, including ASC 740 tax provision audits, FIN 48 compliance, REIT compliance, preparation of 1120, 1065, and 1120S returns, SALT compliance, international tax consulting, etc. Hymers had extensive experience providing tax services to clients in the entertainment industry. In addition, Hymers was a member of EY’s National tax group that specializes in providing services to financial services organizations (e.g., private equity, asset management, and banks).

In September 2011, Hymers was appointed the CFO of Totalpost Services Inc., which sells mailroom equipment. Totalpost Services, Inc. is one of the most prominent providers of quality postage ink cartridges globally [2]. In November of 2012, Mr. Hymers was appointed the president of Everlert Inc. (OTCBB: EVLI) that is the parent company of Totalpost Services, Inc., in Monrovia, California [3] [4] [5] [6].

In addition to his services as an officer of a publicly traded company, Mr. Hymers continues to be the managing partner of Pinnacle Tax Services, LLC, which is the tax resolution firm that he founded in 2012 [7].
