I am currently the Senior Vice President for Visitor Engagement at George Washington's Mount Vernon. In that role I oversee our New Media (digital), Marketing, and Guest Experience departments. While at Mount Vernon I have created a wealth of new content on George Washington, Mount Vernon, and the founding era. Our Yorktown: Now or Never feature was awarded a Silver Telly Award in 2015 and our production The Winter Patriots was awarded a Platinum Pixie Award to top animation work.

From 2007 to 2013 I was the Director of Internet Strategy and Development for the Civil War Trust in Washington DC. The Civil War Trust's website can be found at civilwar.org. Prior to joining the Civil War Trust I spent 14 years as a senior business/internet product development executive at a major portal and financial service firm. My professional experiences have been largely focused on the development of internet-based financial media, investor displays, and online banking functionalities.

My personal interests have focused largely on travel, antique maps, cycling, and the study of military history (Civil War, World War Two).
