is to uplift someones self or praising each persons aiming somehow
to make each others confident and humble. This was founded by 

RMCT (Ralph Marck Toyhacao) from philippines on February 26, 2015. This is linked to Happiness therapy by gaining positive stimulus than painful stimulus. It is the opposite of fliptop whose intention is to insult each other
