Sreeramoju family hails from Warangal and sorrounding places of Andhra Pradesh. Some of the family migrated to Bhadrachalam and Khammam areas in their last genration. Sreeramoju family is considered as most intellectual in Vishwabrahmin community. and they did well in aquiring knowledge and education. Families of Chitimalla, Vangala, SreePada, Kasula, Korupoju, Thangellapally etc., used to flock around in old days with Sreeramojus, as they had more confidence in themselves, and they used to help others.

Sreeramoju Ramaiah's sons did a great job in bringing up their families. Sreeamoju Kuchaiah Chary, elder son of Ramaiah, settled in Khammam and brought up his family with good education. Sreeramoju Sathaiah, younger son of Ramaiah, looked after his mother in Warangal, and brought up his family with good morals and education. Smt. Lingamma, wife of Sreeramoju Sathaiah, worked hard (Jewellery) and stood by her husband to bring up their family. With her hard work from a pennyless world she gave a house to her eldest daughter Kasula Anasurya, and one to her second daughter Valabhoju Sowbaghyam. As she gave money to her yougest daughter, Addanki Padma, she did not give a house to her. How many ladies you see in old days that worked hard and gave houses to their daughters at a time when owning a house was a life time achievement? Smt Lingamma did a marvellous job in her life. She came from a pennyless world to own three houses in Warangal besides giving out houses to her daughters.

Sreeramoju Ramesh, son of Sri. Sathaiah and Smt. Lingamma, and Sreeramoju Purna Chander Rao, grand son of Sreeramoju Kuchaiah Chary, were the first ones from Sreeramoju Ramaiah's lineage to get into engineering and end up in US.
