Evidence:

I've been noticing lately contributions being added by user Engine V10R into different Formula One articles. What made me think of it is that his particular way of providing contents into these pages is related to a very similar way these contents were added by another user (Stephen C Taylor) who was blocked in February 2020. The point is: Has this person created a different account with the main aim of getting away with his old one blocked? In any case, I might be wrong.
