Jomidar Laxmi Narayan Sarangi was the zamindar of Rohini , Barajit Porgana , Dantan , and many more areas . He was born on 1875 . His father was Zamindar Choudhary Akshay Narayan Sarangi and mother was Choudhurani Rukmini Devi . He made Rohini CRD High School and Akshay Narayan Databya Chikitsalay in Rohini . He also made the roads and pond in Rohini . He reconstructed the Ancient Ramedwar temple and gave many lands to the temple . He also gave some lands to Jagannath temple , puri .He made a school in Tarorui , Dantan also . He died on 1949 at the age of 74 .
