Samyobrata Mukherjee is a physicist based in Ithaca working as a postdoctoral research associate at Cornell University. He completed his Ph.D. at ICFO in Barcelona where, in his doctoral dissertation, he studied the properties of bound states in the continuum in birefringent media. He currently works in the area of nanophotonics and plasmonics.
