Giacomino Poretti (born in Villa Cortese the 26th April of 1956), better known as Giacomo Poretti, is an italian comic, actor and screenwriter, component of the comic Trio Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo.


Biography

He was born the 26 April of 1956 in Villa Cortese, which was part of the municipality of Busto Garolfo , in the Legnanese , in a family of workers. As a child, attending the oratory of his town, he discovers the world of theater. During the age of 8 and 11 he begins to act, trying, without success, to enter in the theater company of Legnanesi, compagnia I Legnanesi, . He decides to quit his studies of surveyor to join the work as a metalworker in a factory; at its closing, at the age of 18, he becomes a male nurse at the public Hospital of Legnano. Meanwhile he dedicates himself to cabaret and political protest, actively enganging with the Proletarian Democracy.

He works for 11 years as a male nurse, meanwhile in 1983 he graduates at the theater school of Busto Arsizio. The interpretation of the role of Francesco Sforza, in the main literary work of Alessandro Manzoni, Il Conte di Carmagnola leads him to his first debut, while the self-deprecating of the tall and slender officer Sarelli has great success in Questa sera.. the oeuvre of Luigi Pirandello . Meantime he has become head nurse at the department of Neurology, in his spare time he continues to propose himself as a comic actor, together with his, at those times, girlfriend Marina Massironi, with whom in 1984 he formed the cabaret duo Hansel e Strüdel.

In 1985, after quitting his job at the hospital, for a few more years, he makes experiencies as a village chief in Sardinia at the Palmasera Village Resort in Cala Gonone, together with Massironi; it's there where he meets for the first time Aldo Baglio and Giovanni Stortii, which at the time were forming the duo "I suggestionabili". Were part of the group such entertainers, promising young people, like Stefano Belisari (as a disc jockey), Giorgio Porcaro, Mario Zucca, Marino Guidi, Eraldo Moretto, which have all become succesful professionals.

After taking part in different television productions, such as Star 90, Professione vacanze with Jerry Calà, and Don Tonino with Andrea Roncato, Gigi Sammarchi and Manuel De Peppe, in 1989 he writes the show Non parole, ma oggetti contundenti, whose direction will be entrusted to Storti. In 1991, convinced by the latter, he debuts together with Baglio and Storti himself at the Caffé Teatro of Verghera of Samarate, in Varesotto, with the show Galline vecchie fan buon brothers: and from this moment officialy begins the comic trio of Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo

After three decades purely as an actor, in 2018 he debuts as a host on TV2000 with the program Scarp de' tenis - Incontri sulla strada, narrating in this typical style of television, the stories of the homonym italian street newspaper. The same year he's a solo protagonist of the teather show Fare un'anima, directed by Andrea Chiodi . In 2019 Poretti directs the Oscar deSidera Theatre of Milan, together with Luca Doninelli and Gabriele Allevi. Again at the Oscar deSidera Theatre of Milan , the same year, he takes on stage the spectacle Chiedimi se sono di turno, always directed by Chiodi.

He has been married to Marina Massironi, actress who also often collaborated wih the trio; subsequently he got married with Daniela Cristofori, with whom he had a son. He has been involved for years in the «San Fedele» cultural centre in Milan, where organizes, together with his wife, cultural and spiritual meetings. Furthermore, since January 2009 he has edit a rubric, entitled Scusate il disagio, published on Popoli, monthly of the Jesuite Order. He was awarded the Ambrogino d'oro, recognition of the city of Milan for its illustrious citizens.

He's considered close to the catholic secular movement Communion and Liberation.

He's a great 'Inter. fan.
