Consistent with my membership in CAT:AOTR, I will seek community input through an WP:RFC or resign my tools completely if I am asked by three editors in that meet my criteria. My criteria is defined as:

1. The editor has no recent blocks.
2. The editor has been editing for six months or more.
3. The editor has not been affected by any of my admin actions, outside of deletions (i.e. I have never blocked the editor before before).

Should the recall process be initiated by a note on my talk page, I will set up a subpage dedicated to the process. I will leave it open as long as I think is necessary to get the appropriate amount of opinions.
