The Covid-19 Pandemic is one of the most devastating events of this decade. It is very hard to live with an ongoing virus on the world. Problems include being forced to stay inside and running out of food and water. And because of this, here is how you can take care of yourself during these times.

  • Stay away from other people as much as possible. These people can potentially spread the virus to you. If you are infected, try to stay away from other people to avoid infecting others.
  • Try to get adequate sleep. Not doing so will increase the chances of diabetes, stroke, and many other conditions. Start by getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night.
  • Set a routine for every day. Doing so will make you busy, which makes you focus. It will also give you a sense of accomplishment in your everyday life.

It is very hard to take care of yourself in your everyday life. It limits you by forcing you to go inside, avoid other people, and more problems. You can do this by maintaining healthy habits, sleep and exercise.
