Shamsulhaq Haqyar shortly Shams Haqyar شمس الحق حقیار an Afghan national; database developer, database administrator, information management officer, computer instructor, database officer, information technology specialist and an active youth of Afghan community. He is living in Pule Alam city, Logar province of Afghanistan. His family name is Mohammad Jawed محمد جاوید. He born on 13-Jan-1996 in an Islamic family. Haqyar started his schooling in Sarisang Boys primary school in 2002 and transferred to Hazrat Omar Farooq high school in 2007; finally, he completed his schooling in 2012 with first position and high percentage. Haqyar attend Kankor (National exam of getting into university in Afghanistan) and passed exam with 213 marks out of 260; he got admission in Sheikh Zayed University faculty of computer science-Khost. After he finished the first semester of computer science; he became toper of the class and awarded ICCR scholarship by Afghanistan government. Haqyar departed for continuing his studies in 2015 towards India.

He introduced to University of Allahabad by ICCR became an international student of UoA.

Shams was an active, talented and tope students of the university. He got his bachelor's degree in 2018 with first position with distinction in computer Applications. After completion of undergraduate studies, he went to his home country, and started working with New Kabul Bank as Database and IT officer in December 2018. IT and Database specialist announced by SDF (SAARC Development Fund) in Afghanistan, Shams Haqyar applied, got selected, resigned from New Kabul Bank and start working in new office, he worked hard, brought effective changes to organization and was one of the best employees. SDF project was over in country in the end of 2021 and Haqyar applied for another position in IRC (International Rescue Committee), now Shams Haqyar is working as Information management officer with IRC.
