Sanjay Kumar Basu was born in Barisha, Kolkata. He finished schooling from Mitra Institution, Bhowanipore, Kolkata and graduation in commerce from Goenka college, Kolkata. Later he completed Chartered Accountancy & Cost Accountancy. He started his career in Airfreight Ltd. in Mumbai and moved to Kolkata in DHL division. After a stay of three and half years in Airfreight he joined CESC (RPG group). He spent almost six years in Kolkata and relocated to Pune with family. He worked with KPIT Cummins, NSE.IT and continuing with Grace Davison (US MNC) at Pune for last five & half years.
