CeCi Parker (born March 3, 1978 Cecilia Diane Parker) is African American Actress
EARLY LIFE Born in Oneonta Alabama. She attended Alabama State University majoring in Psychology. Leaving ASU to pursue Corporate world after graduation. She then pursued her Masters Degree in Business Management. She moved to Los Angeles to conquer another dream in acting and make a name for herself. She has been working to do just that.
