Many witnesses say that the
A Snowsquatch is a recently discovered creature, believed to be related to the Sasquatch. Appearing in West Jefferson, NC in December of 2009, the Snowsquatch apparently arrived with the unusually snowy weather that had started to effect the south-eastern United States. It appears to have taken up residency in the Radiology department of Ashe Memorial Hospital, only appearing late at night. There has been a suggestion that it eats its own young, thereby supporting the idea that it is especially rare. It has also been suggested that, unlike its cousin the Sasquatch, it is highly intelligent. It practices Pagan rituals and also has been known to terrify the several Catholic churches within a 100 mile radius. While at the same time attending covered dish dinners at the various protestant churches in the area. It is about 5'10" approximately 180 pounds. Descriptions vary depending on the observer. He/she/it has also been known to hum old songs when reading the news via internet web browsers. There have been numerous reports of the Snowsquatch being named after the pirate flag, "The Jolly Roger." But, it has also been reported that it is nowhere near as terrifying as the flag used by pirates in the 1700s. It would appear to be nocturnal. Buring in the sunlight. It's only disability being a painful shoulder and back. It also appears to be its early to mid 50s. Some reports suggest that Teddy Roosevelt saw him in his adventures in the west. Though, the massive amounts of Peyote may or may not have been a contributing factor.
