He plays both as a Soloist and Flute accompanist of Banaras Gharna and Gwalior Gharana. His training in Flute was accomplished under the Renowned Flutist Guru Niranjan Prasad[1] (Who was also Guru Bhai of Guru Hari Prasad Chaurasia[2]). Guru Raj Kishor Dalbehera was also trained at Gandh[3]arva Mahavidyala from 1987 to 1997 by Pandit Prakash Narayan Saxena.
Performances: 1. Performed regularly for All India Radio and Doordarshan 2. Has given performance world wide in countries like Germany, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, Scotland, USA, China, Netherlands, Norway, Italy, United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Korea and Russia. 3.
