P R Shiva Shankar(PRS) also known as Paruthipillil Raghurama Menon Shiva Shankar(born 31 May 1967),, is an Indian politician from the state of Kerala. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is currently serving as the State Media Cell Co-Convener of BJP in Kerala.

Paruthipillil Raghurama Menon Shiva Shankar(born 31 May 1967), also known as P R Shiva Shankar(PRS), is an Indian politician from the state of Kerala. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is currently serving as the State Media Cell Co-Convener of BJP in Kerala. He is also a familiar face in the prime-time News debates and discussions in the Malayalam and National TV channels.

Personal Life and Education He was born in Tripunithura in the Ernakulam district of Kerala on 31 May 1967 as the second child of Late. Shri. K.A. Raghurama Menon, a Sales Tax Consultant and Late. Smt. P. Sharadha, a High School Teacher. He lost his mother when he was 16 years old. PRS is a graduate in B.A. History from the University of Kerala and has also completed several courses in Marketing, Administration and Branding. He is married to Dr. Manju Mitra who is a Government Senior Medical Officer in Kerala.

Professional Career PRS started his professional career in “Janmabhoomi”, a leading Malayalam Daily, in Ernakulam, in 1991. In 1992 he joined M/s Parley Softdrinks Ltd as a Marketing Executive. From 1994 to 1996 he worked with Killick Nixon Ltd. At the age of 27, in 1997,he founded an advertisement company, M/s Integrated Business Communications, Cochin, and served as its CEO till 2003. He won Pepper Creative gold medal for Direction in Adfilm category and Corporate brochure . He served as the Vice President of SIS (I) Ltd, Bangalore, during the period from 2003 to 2009. Since 2009 He is the CEO of Saffron White & Green Inc, Cochin.

Political Career He was influenced by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and its ideology, and stepped into students politics at the age of 16. He was an active member of ABVP, the students wing of RSS, during his college days, and participated in various student movements. He was elected as the ABVP Secretary of Ernakulam district, in 1986 and served in that position till 1991. He was also the General Security of RLV Samara Samithy, coalition with AISF, KSU and CPI(ML) in 1990. During the period from 1991 to 1995, he served as the Ernakulam Nagar Karyavahak of the RSS.
