Background on logged out + proxy abuse

1) When he's not using proxies, he typically edits logged out from Pittsburgh or nearby places in the state of Pennsylvania. The edits are predominantly oscillating IPv6s but occasionally he'll use IPv4s; v6 ranges include 2600:1016, 2601:547 and 2601:540-[1]. Examples of IPv4s-50* IP which he used to resubmit his unblock request after his MehmoodS account had its TPA revoked, 24* IP, 71*IP, 108*IP, 173* IP which he used to illegitimately vote in a AFD, not just once, but with 4 different IPs etc. Bbb23 commented during MehmoodS' (failed) unblock request: "In addition, MehmoodS has demonstrated by their own admitted use of IPs in the past that they edit from Pittsburgh, and the IPv6s noted in the diffs geolocate to Pittsburgh." HaughtonBrit used extensive logged out editing to block evade after his account MehmoodS was blocked in July 2022, in tandem with sock accounts like Javerine, after Javerine and Ralx888 were blocked in April 2023, HB drastically ramped up their use of logged out editing, ostensibly to shield their sock accounts as much as possible. 2) Whilst he has numerous different proxies at his disposal, for whatever reason, he has consistently been using various proxies which have a listed ISP of FedEx. This can be seen throughout his SPI reports-[2], He was using these proxies to block evade immediately (within days) after his account MehmoodS was blocked. These FedEx proxies were also used in tandem with another one of his sock accounts, AtmaramU- This talk page archive is one of the most glaring examples, HB was using oscillating 192* and 199* FedEx proxies to argue with an admin named utcursh, in an attempt to frustrate or gaslight utcursh, he subsequently created an account whose namesake was based off utcursh's real name, leading utcursh to comment:"Pretty silly of you to create an account impersonating me (User:AtmaramU). The latest sources that you've added are not great either." You can also see this RSN archive in which HaughtonBrit, AtmaramU, the 199 FedEx proxy, his actual 2600:1016 IP were also used simultaneously to bolster perceived support for his arguments and frustrate other users. These FedEx proxies were also used in tandem with sock accounts like Dazzem and logged out editing to file SPIs against a competing sock farm (KamalAfghan)- [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] FedEx proxies SPI reports-[18] + [19]. Dazzem's post trying to get an admin to take action against a suspected KA sock-[20]. They were also used in tandem with Finmas to file frivolous SPIs against me-[21], [22], [23], [24], Finmas' SPI trying to get me blocked as a PrinceofRoblox sock much like the FedEx proxies
