Back Ground •SM Production Theatre’ s committed artists Siyathuthuka Theatre Production was established on the 25 July 2005 by now still exciting Director and founder of SM Production Theatre, Siyathuthuka Theatre Production & the 3 Masters (Karate Demonstration) Speelman Mabena.
Film •He was nominated as the up and coming Student of the year Filmmaker At Big Fish School of Digital Filmmaking in Cape Town news paper the Call Sheet 2011 •Hosted the first Ever SM Production Theatre "Witty- Hood Film Festival In Witbank Mpumalanga 2012"
Theatre Speelman Mabena: Is a four (4) time participator at the National Arts Festival Grahamstown in productions such as the Pulse of Mpumalanga Spirit 2005 & a production called Who to Trust 2008 witch was a popular demand so we went back 2009 Speelman Mabena: Him self is a poet, musician, actor, choreographer, play Wright & Director of his own plays such as A fools Hope: Finders Keepers, Trauma, uZenzile, the 3 Evil Heads, Around the Corner & the latest play (Fear To be Un-Fear) a play witch participated at the State Theatre (Pretoria) for the 2010 Mzansi Fela Festival Programme that took part in Pretoria. And Fair to be unfair took part at the National Arts Festival Grahamstown 2010 a play I wrote, acted and Directed.
