Hi! I am S. Starr, a third-year student at Rice University studying Social Policy Analysis, Statistics, and Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities. Though I am not yet sure what articles I intend to create or edit, I am specifically interested in racially disproportionate incarceration rates in federal prisons, or, more generally, inequality and discrimination in the criminal justice system.
