Stephenie WLepla Toh is a Liberian-born former miss Liberia contestant. She is the daughter of Stephen S Toh a former Liberian bsketball player and Veronica Whittemore a business woman. She was born and raised in the Mamba Point area of Liberia and attended Bright Functional School later the Saint Theresa's Convent then graduated from College of West Africa.

She became a contestant of the 1999 Miss Liberia Beauty Pagent which she was 2nd runner up. Later in 2001 she moved to the United States to further her Education.
