[edit]It is up to Joe to warn the world that there is no government and that everybody must fend for themselves. He is the protagonist of the story along with his trusty Broom companion.

[edit]Joe was created in 2005 completely by Steven Rodrigues. Due to Rodrigues' colourblindness and low art skills, Joe was a horrendous figure. But there was a unique side to him and he was chosen to be the lead character in Joe's Roadtrip since his unartsy design represents so much about Rodrigues himself.
