The J/35c is named Sailing World's Boat-of-the-Year among 30-35 footers.

The J/44 wins NYYC Cruise.

Motor Boating & Sailing magazine names the J/24 as 1 of 2 Best Sailboats of all time.

The New J/39 wins MBYC Fall Series (pictured here is her sistership).


The J/35 wins class in Sydney-Hobart Race.

Finally, Stuart Johnstone's J/44 J-HAWK wins CHS class at Cowes Week. Thus, becoming the first American since Charlie Barr won the original 100 Guinea Cup (aka the America's Cup today), to win Cowes Week Overall and also win the coveted Round Island Race (around Isle of Wight- the original America's Cup course). Cowes Week is the largest yachting regatta for sailboats (mostly keelboats) held in Europe each year during the month of August- over 700 boats regularly attend from most major European nations as well as Asia and the United States. It's hosted by the Cowes Combined Clubs- including the Royal Yacht Squadron, it forms the inshore side of the starting line off Cowes, Isle of Wight, England.
